Services and focus
Therapy is not only for people having major life crises. People in everyday life situations can also benefit from therapy. Childhood traumas sometimes create overpowering emotions such as anxiety, depression, and anger when left unattended. These sometimes create physical symptoms to defend our bodies from the internal wounds. Therapy is most beneficial when it is
a collaborative and transparent process.
We integrate evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory which examines past experiences and how they shape our current life, and Humanistic/Existential approaches to empower you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to foster lasting change and growth.
We are committed to learning and growing to meet the needs of marginalized groups so that mental health is not reserved for the privileged few. Everyone deserves access to quality care.
One-on-one
Individual virtual sessions with clients to empower them to make positive changes. We create confidential and safe spaces where clients feel comfortable and supported to do the
challenging yet, rewarding therapy work.
Evaluations
Although our evaluations are not a substitute for therapy, many people find the experience itself to be therapeutic. Our evaluations allows clients process past experiences and begin a meaningful start to the healing journey.
